Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. The average transit times are as follows.

Portugal: 1-2 working days  
Europe: 7-15 working days
Europe express: 1-3 working days
Worldwide: 10-25 working days
Worldwide express: 1-5 working days (in remote areas in can take a little bit more)

We are based in Portugal (Europe), so please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.


All pieces are made in Portugal, with sterling silver and gold plated stirling silver.

mi.am.bu pieces are certified by INCM - Imprensa Nacional - Casa da Moeda, S.A. INCM provide this assurance by checking the legal touch (precious metal per thousand contained in an alloy) and the application of contrast with the responsibility mark, manufacturer or equivalent.



Your returned items must arrive at our office within 14 days of receipt.

You may receive a refund or store credit of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition.

We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or at customs, so please collect your tracking information for good measure.

Always send your invoice and order number with the return. If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.

After we receive the items, allow 1-7 business days for the refund of the piece’s value, without shipping cost.


Just contact us and you will receive a store credit of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition.


You may cancel any order, provided it has not yet been shipped. Just send us an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation was not possible, the products will be delivered to you, which you will need to refuse upon receipt. The products will be returned to us and your money will be refunded.


mi.am.bu offers a 2 year warranty on all its products from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover the cost when the damage is self-inflicted or due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Please check the delivered products immediately upon arrival. If it appears that the delivered product is not the ordered product, or the product is inadequate or incomplete, the customer should report these defects immediately by email to miambu@miambu.com . The return of the goods must be in the original packaging  and in new condition.

The warranty does not apply if:

Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing;
The natural process of fading the plating in white rhodium or 24k yellow gold;
The customer personally processed, repaired or modified the supplied jewelry;                                      
The customer let a third party process, repair or modify the supplied jewelry;

But lets talk ;-) , if the complaints by a customer are found justified we will give you the choice to replace the delivered goods free of charge or the refund.


All transfers conducted through mi.am.bu are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions of the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.


Data privacy is of high importance for mi.am.bu and we want to be open and transparent with our processing of your personal data. We therefore have a policy setting out how your personal data will be processed and protected. The personal data collected through the website are processed in accordance with General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR) EU 679/2016.
